Responsibilities

As a Content Creator Video & Audio in the Video Production team, you will play a crucial role in creating compelling and impactful video content that showcases our brand and engages our audience. This is your opportunity to contribute to and promote E.ON's position as a playmaker in the energy sector.

meaningful & challenging - Your tasks

• You are conceptualizing, planning, realizing, and producing new and innovative motion picture formats from start to finish.
• You combine storytelling methods with creative concepts and scripts that align with E.ON's brand identity and objectives.
• You are monitoring the production process to ensure optimal implementation, design, and visibility.
• You are developing existing and new technologies to optimize and expand the existing portfolio.
• You are responsible for the visual design and setup in productions.
• You operate audio equipment (microphone, Midas), camera equipment (Cambot - Robocam - PTZ) and image mixing systems (KAIROS).
• You are in charge of post-production (e.g., audio, log color grading, music, SFX, subtitles, etc.), including multi-camera and creating meaningful editing.
• You create virtual sets in Unreal Engine (VR, Zero Density).
• You consider CI elements and design specifications.
• You are responsible for equipment maintenance.
• You are introducing continuous improvement methods and process optimizations.
• You are participating in cross-departmental exchanges to increase visibility and overcome obstacles to enhance collaboration.

authentic & ambitious - Your profile

• Proven experience as a Content Creator Video & Audio or similar role.
• Proficiency in camera operation and familiarity with sound, lighting, and other equipment on set.
• Several years of experience in scene composition, editing, audio engineering, animation, and color grading.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe CC Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, Illustrator), Davinci Resolve, and Unreal Engine.
• Familiarity with various platforms to adapt content accordingly.
• Expertise in live multi-camera editing (splitscreen, live switching) and design/framing skills.
• Experience with editing systems (DVR, Premiere, AVID, etc.) and proficiency in 2D and 3D graphic animation (e.g., Cinema 4D, Unreal Engine).
• Deep understanding of timing, framing, formats, and storytelling.
• Experience in audio mixing, automation, automix, compression, and ducking.
• Proficient in operating mobile EB equipment.
• Flexible in availability and location.
• Self-reliant, organized, and reliable work approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effective collaboration with international cross-functional teams and stakeholders (German and English).
• Ability to manage and resolve escalations promptly.
• Willingness to adapt to new trends and technologies in a rapidly changing environment.
• We provide full flexibility: Work from home or any place in Germany, including offices from Hamburg to Munich. Up to 20 days per year workation within Europe.
