Jobtailor is seeking a creative Content & Social Media Creator to plan, produce and publish engaging content for Instagram, TikTok and beyond from Berlin. You will craft short-form videos from concept through publication and develop formats that boost reach, engagement and conversions.

You will adapt content for different platforms and audiences, monitor trends and analyze performance data to optimize results.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in content creation or social media.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and relevant platforms — including algorithms, trends and audience behavior.
• Ability to independently take content from concept to publication.
• Confident use of video editing tools such as CapCut or Premiere Pro.
• Experience with image editing tools such as Photoshop or Canva.
• A good sense for content that captures attention and drives engagement.
• High creative standards even when producing content quickly.
• Comfortable on camera and able to present naturally and authentically.
• Creative, proactive working style and willingness to test new ideas.
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
