Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a driven social media leader in Germany to own our channels end-to-end, from strategy to performance analysis. You will appear on camera with your cat, creating authentic content from concept through shooting to the final vertical edit.

You will co-develop content and channel strategy with the founders, bringing your own formats and trend awareness. You’ll analyze performance, derive learnings, and continuously optimize formats and posting strategy.

Requirements

• You have a cat and are willing to appear on camera with them regularly
• You bring at least two years of professional experience in social media or content, e.g., in-house, at an agency or as a creator with demonstrable results
• You have independently managed channels and know how to grow reach and community organically, ideally on TikTok and Instagram
• You can produce and edit content yourself, e.g., with CapCut or similar tools, and feel comfortable on camera
• You think in numbers and learnings: you evaluate performance and make decisions based on data rather than gut feeling
• You bring both strategic and operational know-how to build and own our social function without an agency
• You work independently, in a structured way and with strong communication skills
• You write and speak confidently and creatively in German at a native level
