Jobtailor is seeking a motivated working student in Köln to create and edit content for our social media channels, including captions for posts, reels, and stories.

You will edit photo and video material for various formats using CapCut or Premiere, support the content calendar, and actively engage with our community. Occasional travel to events is required.

Qualifikationen

• Must be enrolled for the entire duration of the position.
• Experience in social media and content creation, familiarity with Instagram, TikTok & Co.
• Confident on camera, proactive, able to interview or speak spontaneously with participants.
• Experience producing and editing photo and video material.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for assignments outside your hub (e.g., store openings).

Requirements

• Enrolled student: You must be enrolled for the entire duration of the position (requirement for a working‑student role).
• Social media expertise: Ideally you have some initial experience in social media and content creation and are very familiar with Instagram, TikTok & Co.
• Confident on camera: You are open, proactive, comfortable approaching people, and enjoy conducting interviews or speaking spontaneously with participants.
• Content creation & editing: You have experience producing and editing photo and video material.
• Willingness to travel: Occasional assignments outside your hub (e.g., store openings) are not a problem for you.
• Work style & mindset: Reliable and structured, strong communication skills, team player, you are genuinely excited about the job and want to grow with us.
