Die Position erfordert selbstständiges Arbeiten und Teamfähigkeit sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

Qualifikationen

• Abschluss oder Berufsausbildung in Mediengestaltung, Filmproduktion oder einem verwandten Bereich.
• Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in der Videoproduktion, von der Konzeption bis zur Verbreitung.
• Sichere Nutzung von Kameras, Beleuchtung und Tonaufnahmegeräten sowie professioneller Bearbeitungssoftware.

Aufgaben

• Konzeption, Planung und Realisierung von Videoformaten für verschiedene Kanäle.
• Durchführung von Dreharbeiten und Postproduktion, einschließlich Schnitt und Farbkorrektur.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing- und Kommunikationskollegen.

Your Responsibilities:

• Conceptualisation, planning and realisation of video formats for internal and external channels (intranet, website, social media, trade fairs)
• Development of storyboards and scripts, including editorial preparation of interview and voice-over texts
• Independent execution of filming, including camera operation, lighting, sound recording, and editing
• Post-production (video editing, colour grading, animation, subtitling, audio editing)
• Creation of photographic material to accompany campaigns and formats
• Production of social media-specific video formats, including platform-optimised adaptations
• Editorial writing of texts for social media posts and related content for digital channels
• Documentation and visual coverage of on-site events, corporate functions, and international trade fairs
• Close collaboration with marketing and communications colleagues in Germany and at international locations
  
  

Willingness To Undertake International Business Travel Is Required.

Your Profile:

• Degree or professional training in media design, film production, communication design, or a related field
• Several years of experience in video production, covering the full process from concept to distribution
• Confident use of camera, lighting, and sound equipment, as well as professional editing software (e.g. DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• Experience in photography and editorial content creation for digital platforms
• Strong writing skills for the creation of short, audience-specific social media posts and supporting communication content
• Experience with current generative AI tools, as well as knowledge of prompt engineering, AI-supported storyboarding, and automated workflows for content production
• Strong brand awareness and the ability to translate complex topics into clear visual and narrative formats
• Team player with a high degree of self-responsibility and a structured approach to work
• Excellent written and spoken German and English; French language skills are an advantage
