Become part of our Marketing & Communications team in Munich, where we develop creative ways to promote sustainability through various media channels and motivate audiences to act now.

• You will deliver content that showcases thought leadership, generates awareness, and contributes to lead generation.
• You will edit, proofread, and improve content written by others to ensure materials meet key objectives.
• You are a storyteller who finds the core of the story, builds enthusiasm, and motivates action.
• You will expand content development across digital, social, and traditional media channels.
• You will drive SEO improvements in alignment with the performance team.
• You will advise ClimatePartner clients on marketing and communicating their climate action commitments and collaborations.
• You will develop marketing materials for clients, including website texts, brochures, press releases, and social media posts.

Who you are

• You have 2-3 years of experience in an agency or in a company's marketing department.
• You hold a degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
• You have a strong affinity for text and language.
• You are interested in climate action.
• Experience in B2B marketing is a plus.
• You have experience repurposing content for different uses, formats, audiences, and platforms.
• You are a native German speaker and fluent in English.
