Jobbeschreibung

We are looking for a Consumer Finance Business Partner to join our dynamic team and act as the strategic co-pilot to the Global Consumer Office and Consumer Marketing teams. Reporting directly to the Finance Director Cluster DACH, this pivotal role supports proactive commercial collaboration and helps drive revenue growth and commercial margin expansion.

You will play a key role in optimizing our marketing investments, assessing return on investment, and thoughtfully reviewing business cases with a balanced, objective perspective. This role truly starts with the consumer, ensuring our financial strategies are aligned with real consumer needs and behaviours. As a valued business partner, you will foster strong, two-way relationships with marketing stakeholders, turning financial insights into practical plans that support performance.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Provide financial guidance for strategic initiatives such as pricing, product launches, and market expansion.
  • Evaluate business cases and deliver return assessments to inform future investments.
  • Support brand financial performance reviews and identify opportunities to enhance mix and profitability.
  • Measure and assess promotional effectiveness and develop best practice approaches.
  • Collaborate with marketing, insights, and commercial teams to identify growth and efficiency opportunities.
  • Support financial planning cycles including budgeting, forecasting, and performance updates.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Professional finance qualification CIMA, ACCA, ACA, MBA, or equivalent).
  • Experience in financial planning & support and cross-functional business partnering.
  • Ability to interpret consumer and market data and turn it into practical financial insights.
  • Strong skills in financial modelling, scenario planning, and investment evaluation.
  • Proficient in tools such as SAP, Anaplan, Power BI, Excel, and MicroStrategy.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across diverse stakeholder groups.
