Whatyoubring

• Background. Top 10–20% of your class at a top-tier university. Analytical field — CS, Math, Physics, Finance, or equivalentrigour.

• Experience. Minimum 4 years in a high-pressure, results-driven environment — top strategy consultancy,fast-growing tech, or demanding corporate financial services role. Hands-on Data & AI experiencerequired.Anestablished networkinFinancialServicesisexpected at this level.

• Industry Focus.You have worked inside or deeply alongside financial services institutions. Sub-sectorexpertisein insurance preferred, but we would consider experience in banking, asset management, or payments as well.

• Leadership. You have led teams that delivered. We hire managers who build careers, not just project plans.

• Analytical edge. Data-driven by default. Leverage data to drive decisions, not just decorate slides.

• Languages. Fluent in English and German.Additionallanguages are a plus.
