ALAika Advisory seeks a high-potential professional to advise financial services clients and help build the business on our platform in Munich. You will work across Strategy, Data & AI, and Cyber, partnering with decision-makers from day one.

Whatyoubring

• Background. Top 10–20% of your class at a top-tier university. Analytical field — CS, Math, Physics, Finance, or equivalentrigour.
• Experience. 1–2+ years in a high-pressure, results-driven environment — top strategy consultancy, PE/VC-backed company, fast-growing tech, or demanding corporate financial services role. Hands-on Data and / or AI experiencerequired. Financial services experience preferred.
• Leadership. You have led — a team, a club, a project, a cause. We hire people who make things happen.
• Analytical edge. Data-driven by default. Leverage data to drive decisions, not just decorate slides.
• Languages. Fluent in English and German.Additionallanguages are a plus.
