Consulting Account Lead

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2. Technical experience in two or more of the following areas: data centre infrastructure, operating systems, networking, security, system administration, and/or service management.
3. Ability to communicate fluently in English and German for collaboration with international and local stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience leading enterprise customers through business or technology transformations, with experience in large account or project management.
2. Ability to align with executive-level stakeholders, building and maintaining relationships with business executives and IT stakeholders, understanding their business requirements and goals.
3. Previous experience with enterprise infrastructure implementations, cloud platform design, Big Data solutions, and application development to support daily operations and customer success.
4. Experience delivering enterprise-grade solutions leveraging cutting-edge technology and tools to help developers build more sustainably.

Establish and maintain executive relationships with business and IT stakeholders to understand their objectives.
