Summary of This Role

Provides direction to product development and the overall process of the product and services function. Builds products and services from existing ideas and helps develop new ideas based on industry experience and contact with customers and prospects. Increases profitability of existing products and services while developing new solutions that advance business objectives and meet client needs. Builds strong working relationships with marketing, sales, support staff, product development, vendors, senior management, and key customers.

What Part Will You Play?

1. Manage product launch strategies in accordance with the project playbook and primary measures.
2. Serve as an active member of assigned Product Release Teams.
3. Understand the scope and operational and systems requirements of cross-functional teams for launch.
4. Work with operations leadership to identify project requirements.
5. Recommend strategies, processes, and solutions for operational impacts.
6. Create operational process and workflow documentation.

What Are We Looking For in This Role?

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience in Business or Computer Science.
• Typically minimum 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in similar business product services and/or external customer/market experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a software development environment or in a professional services role.
• Background in software or IT, including software development, testing, and business analysis.
• Experience with Agile software products and delivery methodologies.
