UNITY AG has openings for Systems Engineering Consultants at all levels across multiple locations including Berlin, Frankfurt a. M., Hamburg, Paderborn, Stuttgart, Braunschweig, Köln, München, Nürnberg, and Paderborn/Büren. The role involves working in R&D, Agile Development, and Product Architecture Management, with a focus on innovative topics like Metaverse, AI, and Digitalization of Product Development.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing future products by integrating expanding software and increasing connectivity within ecosystems.
• Supporting clients in transforming toward sustainable, circular business models through innovative products.
• Inspiring the development of future product and service offerings using data and new technologies like AI.
• Driving customer organizational change towards modern R&D structures, coaching clients, and facilitating project management and training.
• Leading projects and developing talent within the client organization and UNITY.
• Providing strategic guidance to decision-makers based on practical experience.

Qualifications:

Candidates should have a passion for organizational and process development to the latest technological standards, with essentials including:

• Extensive knowledge in R&D, Systems Engineering, Agile Development.
• A broad perspective on organizations, processes, tools, and people.
• (Junior Level) initial project management experience and practical engineering/software engineering background.
• (Senior Level) extensive professional experience as a (Systems) Engineer and a desire to transition into consulting.

Nice-to-have qualifications include certifications in SE, MBSE, SAFe, or related areas, and knowledge of ASPICE or functional safety.

Additional skills for success include strong communication skills in German (C1) and English (B2), proactive mindset, and entrepreneurial spirit.
