• Varied client portfolio across industries in both corporate and medium-sized sectors

• Over 25 years of experience in planning, optimizing, and implementing digital factories with renowned clients like Mercedes-Benz, VW, Deutsche Bahn, Viessmann, and more

And additionally:

• Shape the smart factory of tomorrow with your knowledge of current and future innovative technologies and market overview
• Plan the intelligent smart factory using the latest digital methods, from Digital Readiness Checks to complete factory planning on greenfield sites
• Optimize production systems towards Operational Excellence, implementing sustainable changes and securing business success
• Digitize client production end-to-end, creating adaptive factories that respond in real-time to changes
• Lead smart factory project teams to success, laying the foundation for our clients' business models
• Actively develop our employees, service offerings, and methods, shaping UNITY's future

What You Bring

• Extensive know-how in developing production systems and enjoyment working with shopfloor personnel
• (Junior level: some) years of experience in industry or management consulting
• Willingness, ambition, and experience to handle complex tasks to completion
• Interest in digitalization and experience analyzing data models
• Solid knowledge of production optimization methods and their impact on client revenue
• Overview of digitalization and automation possibilities in production processes

Nice-to-have:

• Market overview of current digital solutions in ERP, MES, APS, etc.
• Experience with AI in production
• Experience implementing digital twins of factories

Additional skills for success at UNITY:

• Strong communication and presentation skills in German (C1) and English (B2)
• Goal- and result-oriented, confident presence with stakeholders at all levels from shopfloor to C-level
• Curiosity, motivation, and entrepreneurial spirit to drive topics independently
