Your Role : Make HR Smarter, Simpler, Better

As a trusted advisor and expert consultant, you’ll be at the heart of transformational projects — helping organizations modernize their HR core with SAP SuccessFactors.

• Lead and support the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Analyze HR processes and design tailored, future-ready solutions
• Take the reins as (co-)project lead, ensuring smooth delivery and satisfied customers
• Work closely with clients to shape their Human Experience Management journey
• Mentor junior consultants and share your knowledge with the team
• Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues (SAP ERP HCM, SAC, Qualtrics, BTP, etc.)
• Support pre-sales, deliver webinars, or write blog articles if you're keen to expand your impact

What You Bring to the Team

You're an experienced SAP consultant with a sharp mind, strong people skills, and a passion for creating better ways of working.

• Several full-cycle implementation projects in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Strong functional knowledge and certification in Employee Central; additional SuccessFactors certifications are a plus
• Natural curiosity and a willingness to keep learning
• Eagerness to support and guide less experienced colleagues
• High level of self-organization and communication skills
• Fluent in German , with solid English skills
