Your Role

As a Senior Consultant, you will anchor engagement efforts for assignments, from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development, and deployment. You will be pivotal in problem definition and discovery of the overall solution, guiding teams on project processes and deliverables. As a domain thought leader, you will advise on architecture and design reviews. You will also lead business pursuit initiatives, client training, and in-house capability building, shaping value-adding consulting solutions to meet the evolving needs of our clients globally.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead projects involving SAP Modules (SAP ABAP/SD/FI/CO/QM/PP) and Logistics areas, executing configuration changes and resolving functional defects.
• Analyze client requirements and prepare/review functional specifications.
• Coordinate with offshore teams for delivery, tracking, and reporting to clients.
• Develop training needs analysis and create training programs for team performance improvement.
• Prepare test cases based on functional specifications.
• Address interface issues, working with middleware and frontend teams.
• Create documentation such as functional specs, design documents, back-out plans, test results, and root cause analysis.
• Participate in proposals and RFPs, coordinating with clients to understand requirements and discuss functional issues.
• Interact with clients through meetings, calls, and emails, managing escalations effectively.
• Lead, mentor, and coach junior functional consultants and technical team members.

Expectations

• Strong domain knowledge in SAP Modules and integration with ECC & S/4 HANA, including logistics and production.
• Preferably S/4 HANA certified, with hands-on experience working with third-party interfaces.
• Deep understanding of pricing and rebate processes.
• Extensive experience in production support, implementations, rollouts, and global support.
• Full cycle SAP R/3 implementation experience, including business process analysis, configuration, testing, training, and support.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High analytical skills, initiative, flexibility, and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Fluent German language skills.
