Your Impact
You will serve as a Consultant in our Risk & Resilience Practice within our European hub locations, helping clients embrace uncertainty, embed resilience, and foster growth through strategies aligned with their business goals to better manage risks and ensure institutional resilience.
You will collaborate with a team of consultants to understand and quantify risk exposures and evaluate risk strategies.
You will assist clients in addressing vulnerabilities and disruptions by analyzing risks across all dimensions, using data-driven scenario planning and stress-testing to build enterprise risk management capabilities, anticipate risks, and identify growth opportunities.
You will translate insights into actionable strategies, institutionalize resilience and crisis preparedness, and embed contingencies within long-term strategic planning to unlock sustainable growth.

Your qualifications and skills
- Strong academic and professional achievements in risk & resilience fields
- Advanced degree preferred (e.g., Masters, MBA, PhD), with focus on business/economics or quantitative disciplines (statistics, mathematics, physics)
- 1-6 years of risk management experience across industries, consultancy, banking, risk regulation, compliance, capital markets, treasury, insurance, ESG, or related fields
- Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and foster an inclusive environment
- Capability to independently manage workstreams within broader projects
- Effective communication skills in English and local languages, both verbal and written
- Willingness to travel
