What You'll Do

• Support the development and implementation of innovative manufacturing and supply chain strategies to improve operational efficiency.
• Conduct in-depth analyses to inform decision-making, providing strategic insights into manufacturing and supply chain optimization.
• Collaborate closely with client teams to deliver impactful manufacturing and supply chain solutions.
• Communicate insights effectively to ensure alignment with project goals and stakeholder needs.
• Contribute as a key team member in manufacturing and supply chain projects, applying your expertise to maximize performance and impact.

What You'll Bring

• Approximately 3–5 years of relevant experience in Operations, especially manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with clients across various industries to address challenges and create sustainable value.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in teams and with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluent in German and English (C1 level each).
