As a Consultant for Portal Solutions in the Customer Service team, you will advise our clients on Microsoft solutions and accompany projects from needs analysis through conception and implementation to rollout.

Your specific responsibilities include:

1. Consulting on the digitalization of customer-oriented business processes within the portal context, integrated into a comprehensive customer experience.
2. Designing portal solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Apps, and Power Pages.
3. Creating responsive web designs based on appealing UX guidelines.
4. Making adjustments through configuration, customization, and/or no-/low-code development.
5. Leading projects and sub-projects, conducting workshops and training sessions with our clients.
6. Actively sharing knowledge within a competent team, across the company, and within the adesso Group.
7. Ideally, you have 3-5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or portal projects.
8. Proficient in working with personas and wireframes.
9. Knowledge in UX and UI design.
10. Experience in configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Power Apps, or Power Pages.
11. Structured approach, solution-oriented working style, and experience in agile projects.
