As a Consultant for Portal Solutions in the Customer Service team, you will advise our clients on Microsoft solutions and oversee projects from needs analysis through conception and implementation to rollout.

Your detailed responsibilities include:

• Consulting on the digitization of customer-oriented business processes within the portal context, integrated into a holistic customer experience
• Designing portal solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Apps, and Power Pages
• Creating responsive web designs aligned with appealing UX guidelines
• Implementing configurations, customizations, and no-/low-code developments
• Leading projects and sub-projects, conducting workshops and training sessions with our clients
• Actively sharing knowledge within a competent team, across the entire company, and within the adesso Group
• Ideally, possessing 3-5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or portal projects
• Being proficient with personas and wireframes
• Having knowledge of UX and UI design principles
• Experience in configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Power Apps, or Power Pages
• Structured approach, solution-oriented working style, and experience in agile projects
