Responsibilities

1. Consult on digitalization: Advising clients on Microsoft solutions, managing projects from needs analysis to rollout.
2. Design portal solutions: Creating holistic customer experiences and innovative portals based on Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Apps, and Power Pages.
3. Develop responsive web designs: Ensuring designs meet current UX standards.
4. Implement adjustments: Configurations, customizations, and No-/Low-Code development.
5. Lead projects: Managing project and sub-project teams, conducting workshops and training.
6. Share knowledge: Participating in team and company knowledge exchanges.

Candidate Profile

1. Experience: Several years in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or portal projects.
2. Technical skills: Web and software development, with experience in HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, React, Liquid.
3. Design tools: Familiarity with personas, wireframes, UX/UI design.
4. Configuration skills: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Power Apps, Power Pages.
5. Work approach: Structured, solution-oriented, agile project experience, innovative thinking.
6. Languages: Fluent in German and good English skills.
