Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and challenges.
- Provide consultation on digital transformation initiatives, helping clients embrace technology-driven solutions for improved decision-making, data analysis, and performance tracking.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' existing systems, processes, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and recommend appropriate SaaS products.
- Lead the implementation and integration of our SaaS product Wodis Yuneo, offering comprehensive training and support to ensure clients' employees are proficient in Wodis Sigma & Wodis Yuneo.
- Act as a trusted advisor, establishing long-term relationships with clients and providing ongoing guidance to maximize the value of SaaS products.
Qualifications
- Completed apprenticeship or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as real estate or business administration.
- Preferably experience as a consultant with expertise in SaaS products.
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate industry, including property management, asset management, leasing, and financial operations.
- Familiarity with SaaS products used in real estate, such as property management software, CRM systems, financial tools, and analytics platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proven ability to design and implement effective solutions.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Project management experience, including prioritizing tasks, managing timelines, and coordinating resources.
- Very good knowledge of German and English.
- Willingness to travel (approx. 60%-80%).
