Qualifikationen

• Erste Berufserfahrung in Digitialisierungsprojekten in der öffentlichen Verwaltung.

• Join our full-time team in the Construction and Environment business unit, working with our customers across Germany.
• Work from home or in Herten in the heart of the Ruhr region - and get ahead with the market leader for municipal IT solutions!

This will be your job...

• You are responsible for planning, supporting and managing the IT introduction or conversion of our specialist processes for our customers - from kick-off to the successful completion of the project As a consultant, you are the contact person for new and existing customers and support them in optimally integrating our software into their everyday work - you train and advise with professional competence You use proven project management methods and carry out IT projects in a secure and structured manner, to ensure the success of the project You always keep an eye on profitability and ensure that the projects are implemented efficiently and in a resource-saving manner - from planning to successful handover to the customer You represent our software convincingly and competently to our customers and act as an expert in your field

This is what we want...

• You have completed training in an administrative or IT-related commercial profession or alternatively a degree with a relevant focus for this role
• You already have initial professional experience or experience from projects in the field of digitization projects in public administration
• Ideally, you have already gained insights into the work of an environmental agency or building authority and are familiar with the processes there - but this is not a must
• You are tech-savvy, have strong communication skills and a confident manner
• You are flexible and willing to travel throughout Germany
