Key responsibilities / You will get to :

1. Be a trusted advisor for team members and clients in Cyber Security & IT Risk, IT Regulatory & Governance, IT Transformation, Enterprise Architecture, or GenAI & Data Analytics.
2. Work with client teams, taking responsibility for specific tasks, ensuring quality of deliverables and project milestones.
3. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and successful outcomes.
4. Mentor and guide fellow consultants to foster growth and success.
5. Manage communications and project timelines within project and program management frameworks.
6. Contribute to business development and client pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager.
7. Enhance Allianz Consulting's expertise in strategic areas of development.
8. Participate in internal projects, knowledge sharing, and team events.

Key requirements / What we hope you bring :

1. 1-3 years of management consulting experience focusing on Cyber Security & IT Risk, IT Regulatory & Governance, IT Transformation, Enterprise Architecture, or GenAI & Data Analytics.
2. Master’s degree in a relevant discipline: business, economics, computer science, engineering, or equivalent.
3. Excellent command of English and high proficiency in German (minimum B2).
4. Proven experience in project and program management, process development, or IT implementations/transformations.
5. Ability to communicate effectively across different audiences and seniority levels.
6. Strong problem-solving skills, proactivity, and analytical thinking.
7. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
8. Strong IT affinity with interest or knowledge in insurance, financial services, consulting tools, and methodologies.
9. Previous Allianz experience is a plus.
