Our Cyber Security Consultants are the first point of contact for developing strategies for our clients using various tools, including Information Security Management Systems (ISMS), ISO 27001, either natively or according to BSI IT-Grundschutz.

Locations: Berlin, Bremen, Dortmund, Dresden, Düsseldorf, Erlangen, Frankfurt am Main, Hamburg, Hannover, Köln, München, Stuttgart, Homeoffice

1. Lead client projects as part of a team, advising on processual and technical aspects of IT and information security within corporate and government environments.
2. Consult clients on designing, implementing, and executing security and emergency plans, secure processes, and ISMS/BCM.
3. Conduct risk analyses, business impact analyses, and internal audits for clients, providing recommendations to improve their IT and information security, and contribute to awareness campaigns for staff sensitization.
4. Support the development of our consulting portfolio by incorporating current market trends and developments, such as AI.
5. Possess a degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Business Economics, or a related qualification, or equivalent vocational training such as Fachinformatiker.
6. Have several years of professional experience in IT security, information security, or BCM, with knowledge of current cybersecurity legal requirements.
7. Understand the structure of IT components, infrastructures, networks, and server and client applications.
8. Have expertise in IT security analysis, IS revision, and auditing (e.g., ISO 27001), with practical experience applying standards.
9. Hold industry-standard certifications (e.g., BSI IT-Grundschutz Practitioner, ISO 27001 Implementer).
10. Demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to understand and influence complex interpersonal dynamics; adapt and improvise as needed.
11. Proficient in German (C1) and good command of English (B2), both spoken and written.
12. Willingness to travel as required by projects.
