What to expect

• Shape IT strategy and transformation projects for entire landscapes and organizations supporting a smarter future with architecture management, Cloud, GreenIT, AI, etc.
• Advise management-level clients including hospitals, healthcare providers, pharma, and medtech companies.
• Consider cross-industry technologies and trends in hospital structures.
• Optimize existing processes with innovative operational and organizational concepts to increase competitiveness.
• Identify and guide action fields at clients and expand project and service portfolios.
• Integrate interdisciplinary team members into projects and develop them continuously.

Your profile

You have a strong interest in 'Smart Health', data architectures, and current developments in healthcare and health tech. You also bring:

• Must-have: (Junior Level) Experience in hospital/IT project and process management in healthcare or hospitals; a degree in medicine, health economics, business sciences, or a technical field; or senior-level experience in planning and orchestrating enterprise architectures.
• Nice-to-have: Experience in patient care or hospital administration.

Additional skills for success include excellent communication skills in German (C1) and English (B2), analytical problem-solving, customer focus, curiosity, and entrepreneurial spirit. A strong team orientation is also valued.
