• Shape IT strategy and transformation projects for entire landscapes and organizations supporting a digital future through smart architecture management, cloud, GreenIT, AI, etc.
• Advise on management level with renowned hospitals, healthcare facilities, pharmaceutical, and medical technology companies.
• Consider cross-industry technologies and trends in designing hospital structures.
• Optimize existing business processes with innovative operational and organizational concepts to enhance competitiveness.
• Identify and develop action fields with clients, expanding both client projects and our service portfolio.
• Integrate interdisciplinary team members into projects and develop them continuously.

What you bring

Besides a strong interest in 'Smart Health', data architectures, and current developments in healthcare and health tech, you have:

• Must-have: (Junior level) experience in hospital/IT project and process management in healthcare or hospitals; a degree in medicine, health economics, business sciences, or a technical field.
• Senior level: Several years of practical experience in planning, designing, and orchestrating enterprise architectures at business, application, technology, and security levels.
• Ambition to influence digitalization from both a process/organizational and technological perspective.

Nice-to-have:

• (Junior level) experience in patient care or hospital administration.

Additionally, to succeed at UNITY:

• Strong communication and presentation skills in German (C1) and English (B2+).
• Analytical problem-solving skills, high customer orientation, service mindset, curiosity, and entrepreneurial spirit.
