Qualifikationen

Role / Department

As a Consultant in the Fund Accounting Department you will be responsible for

  • Analysis and set up in GP4 of mandatory and optional corporate actions
  • Analysis and validation of the dividends
  • Analysis of the defaulted instruments
  • Daily stock reconciliation with Custodians
  • Monitoring of incoming coupons and dividends payments from the custodian (checks, controls and claims)

Skills / Experience

  • Degree (University) in economics / business administration / accounting or Final secondary school examinations
  • Work experience more than 5 years in a similar position and environment and sound experience in fund accounting desirable
  • Very good knowledge of the securities / investment business, including derivative instruments, corporate actions and settlement
  • Very good knowledge of the different instrument’s types
  • Very good knowledge of withholding tax and tax reclaim processes
  • Good knowledge of accounting principles in general and a numerical literate
  • GP4 knowledge desirable, good command of Excel (VBA is an asset)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Very good teamwork and communication skills.
  • A very good command of English is essential. Knowledge of German or French an advantage
