Unity AG is seeking consultants at all levels to join their team across various locations in Germany, including Berlin, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Paderborn, Stuttgart, Braunschweig, Köln, München, and Nürnberg. The role involves working on cross-industry consulting mandates, contributing to team efforts from day one, and enjoying significant creative freedom.

Responsibilities:

• Take responsibility for performance projects aimed at increasing organizational effectiveness.
• Advise medium-sized clients at executive levels on restructuring and cost optimization.
• Assess clients' business models and develop business plans to enhance success.
• Lead the implementation of transformation initiatives within client organizations.

Qualifications:

• Ambition to transform organizations and business models, supporting clients in financial restructuring.
• Several years of experience in finance, controlling, or related fields from industry, consulting, or banking.
• Knowledge of controlling, financial statement evaluation, and business plan development.
• Experience managing performance programs in industry and mid-sized companies.
• Degree in finance, business administration, or a related field (over average).
• Excellent communication skills in German (C1) and English (B2).
• Nice-to-have: knowledge of Independent Business Review (IBR), banking and monthly reporting experience, interest in other UNITY services.
• Analytical skills, drive, and ability to implement ideas effectively.
• Curiosity, motivation, and entrepreneurial spirit to drive initiatives independently.
