Consultant * ERP Transformation (all Levels)

We focus on designing end-to-end processes, planning IT architecture, leading transformation paths, and implementing these strategies collaboratively with our clients.

As part of our ERP Transformation team, you will:

1. Lead complex projects for the introduction and optimization of ERP, E2E, and/or MES systems.
2. Structure, plan, and manage medium to large projects through all phases of system realization.
3. Analyze and optimize business processes for our industrial clients concerning digitalization, automation, and integration.
4. Identify opportunities for new technologies to address current and future requirements.
5. Senior Level: Manage transformation projects, coordinate teams, and coach clients.

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates willing to work on complex tasks in ERP implementation, IT project management, and future IT, with:

• Several years of practical experience in managing complex IT projects in industry or consulting (Must-have).
• Strong skills in analyzing, describing, and optimizing business processes.
• Extensive knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or a well-known MES system.
• Project management expertise (classical/agile).
• Degree in (business) informatics, production engineering, or related fields.
• Analytical skills, creativity, and implementation strength.

Nice-to-have skills:

• Enjoyment in thinking ahead, creativity, and teamwork.
• A broad perspective on people, organizations, processes, and tools, with an interest in interdisciplinary work.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in German (C1) and English (B2).
• Problem-solving skills, high customer orientation, curiosity, and entrepreneurial spirit.
