As an SAP S/4HANA Consultant (all genders) at BCG Platinion, you will play a central role in supporting clients with complex ERP transformations, focusing on SAP S/4HANA. You will guide clients through the project lifecycle, from strategy and planning to implementation and go-live, emphasizing business value. Collaborating with colleagues from the Boston Consulting Group, you'll work on (inter)national projects and advise up to C-level executives.

• Plan, execute, and manage analyses of business processes to determine value for clients
• Develop ERP target architectures for IT landscapes, utilizing technological innovations and anticipating future trends
• Define and implement programme organization and governance to deliver projects successfully and realize business benefits
• Manage procurement of system integration partners and software solutions
• Prepare and finalize project deliverables, including reports, workshop materials, and business proposals
• Evaluate ongoing ERP projects against business objectives and quality criteria; develop improvement action plans
• Drive recovery and stabilization measures for ERP projects

This is how you can make a difference

• A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in strategic ERP/SAP projects
• Proven track record managing end-to-end ERP transformations, e.g., SAP Activate
• Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and related enterprise technology (integration architecture, cloud deployment, extensibility)
• Familiarity with SAP industry solutions and analytical tools like SAP BW/BI, SAP Analytics Cloud
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Strong client and result orientation with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage and inspire cross-functional teams
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
