Qualifikationen

• Studienabschluss in (Wirtschafts-) Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einem verwandten Bereich.
• Erfahrung während eines Praktikums oder als Werkstudent in Energie oder Beratung für Einsteiger.
• Für Senior-Stufe: erwiesene Expertise und ca. zwei Jahre Erfahrung in Energie oder Beratung.

Aufgaben

• Lernen und Übernahme von Verantwortung für spezifische Projektaufgaben.
• Leitung von Teilprojekten mit fachlicher Expertise für den Projekterfolg.

About the role

In our Sustainability division, you'll work on projects shaping the energy transition. You will support clients from the energy sector, from strategic planning to operational implementation, addressing complex issues like business models, and core processes of energy providers.

Areas of involvement include:

• Digitalization of decentralized grids for the energy transition
• Development of processes and systems for modern energy products
• Specific topics such as Smart Metering, AI applications, E-Mobility, etc.

Responsibilities

As an Associate, you'll learn and take on responsibility for specific project tasks. As a Senior Associate, you'll lead sub-projects, utilizing your expertise to contribute to project success.

Qualifications

• Degree in (Wirtschafts-) Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, or a related field
• For entry-level: internship or working student experience in energy or consulting
• For Senior level: proven expertise and around two years in energy or consulting
• Interest in energy transition topics and working in technical, economic, or regulatory areas
• Fluent in German and English
• Flexible and adaptable
