We are seeking a Consultant in E-Mobility focusing on Charging & Infrastructure to join our team in Osnabrück. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Working on projects related to electric vehicle charging solutions.
2. Analyzing and evaluating current charging trends, with a focus on vehicle and grid development, from home charging to multinational fast-charging networks.
3. Advising clients in the automotive, supplier, and energy sectors within a dynamic market environment.
4. Developing and optimizing charging solutions from hardware to IT backend perspectives.
5. Creating concepts, planning, and overseeing the rollout of technical and economic solutions for EV charging infrastructure.
6. Contributing to the development of the 'Charging' topic at P3 and actively participating in the P3 network.

Ideal candidates will have a degree in (Wirtschafts-)Engineering, preferably with a focus on Electrical Engineering, IT, or Mechanical Engineering. They should be conceptual thinkers, results-oriented, pragmatic, digitally competent, and passionate about future charging infrastructure. Excellent German and English skills, team spirit, independence, communication skills, presentation ability, high flexibility, and willingness to travel are essential.
