Join us as Consultant to shape the digital transformation at ZEISS.

Your role

Contribute to strategic cross-ZEISS digital transformation programs that determine the success of our digital ecosystems

Lead selected modules of cross-functional projects in an agile, iterative and impact-oriented manner

Identify and implement measures for ZEISS to deliver scalable digital solutions with a superior customer experience

Collaborate with the ZEISS business units as well as our Design, Data Analytics and Cloud Engineering colleagues at ZEISS Digital Partners

Engage with diverse stakeholder groups across the ZEISS group

About you

Excellent University degree, preferably in natural sciences, engineering, informatics or business

Early professional experience (1-3 years preferably) in management consulting, IT consulting or in digital transformation projects in a B2B industry

Sound understanding of the digital economy and tools for digital, paired with a passion for ZEISS’ products and markets

High drive to impact

Strong communication skills and the empathy to easily communicate with people from diverse backgrounds

Business fluent German and English language skills
