UNITY AG is seeking a Digital Engineering Consultant to shape the future of product development and digital transformation. Join us and work on innovative projects involving Digital Twins, Industrial Metaverse, AI, AR, and more.

What to Expect:

• Develop future business models and digital solutions in product development.
• Implement digitalization through model-based methods, agile organizations, and integrated engineering IT landscapes using MBSE, PLM, CAx, ALM, or CAE.
• Ensure sustainable value and circular economy requirements by optimal IT solutions and lifecycle data connectivity.
• Inspire clients with ideas for developing complex product systems.
• Coach and advise clients in projects and trainings.
• Senior Level: Lead teams of engineering experts in digital transformation projects.

What You Bring:

• Experience in industry, PLM/PDM systems, or management consulting.
• Understanding of simplifying complexity and designing efficient processes.
• Technical degree and knowledge in R&D, Systems Engineering, Agile Development, etc.
• Passion for innovation and organizational development.

Nice-to-Have:

• Certifications or experience in PLM, Digital Twin, MBSE, SAFe, etc.
• Knowledge of classic PLM topics and future-oriented themes.

Additional Skills:

• Excellent communication skills in German (C1) and English (B2).
• Analytical problem-solving, customer orientation, creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit.
