UNITY AG is looking for a Digital Engineering Consultant to join our team. We offer a broader professional scope, variety, and the opportunity to work on innovative topics in product development, digital transformation, and emerging technologies such as AI and AR.

What you can expect:

• Shape the future of product development and digital ambitions for our clients.
• Digitalize development processes using model-based methods, agile organizations, and integrated engineering IT landscapes (e.g., MBSE, PLM, CAx, ALM, CAE).
• Ensure sustainable value contribution and meet circular economy requirements through optimal IT solutions and data networking across product lifecycle and domains.
• Inspire clients with ideas to optimize complex product systems development.
• Train and coach clients in projects and through UNITYacademy.
• Senior level: Lead complex digital transformation projects as a project manager.

What you bring:

• Experience in project management within industry, PLM/PDM systems, or management consulting.
• Understanding of simplifying complexity and designing efficient processes.
• Technical university degree.
• Knowledge in R&D, PL, Systems Engineering, Agile Development, and process design.
• Willingness to innovate and develop organizations and workflows.
• Strong overview of organizational processes, tools, methods, and people.

Nice-to-have:

• Certifications or experience in PLM, Digital Twin, MBSE, SAFe, or similar.
• Knowledge of classic PLM topics and future trends.

Additional skills for success:

• Excellent communication skills in German (C1) and English (B2).
• Analytical problem-solving, customer focus, and entrepreneurial spirit.
