Job Overview

This position involves developing and implementing security policies and practices within DevOps environments, conducting assessments, and advising on security strategies to enhance organizational security posture.

Responsibilities

1. Develop security guidelines for all phases of the DevOps cycle.
2. Conduct DevSecOps assessments and maturity evaluations.
3. Design and lead Security Champion programs to promote security awareness.
4. Analyze SDLC architectures and implement security measures.
5. Secure tools and processes across the development pipeline, including CI/CD integration.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT Security, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or related field.
• Extensive experience in IT security, with software development skills (Java, Python, NodeJS).
• Proficiency with Application Security Testing tools (SAST, SCA, DAST, IAST, Penetration Testing).
• Practical experience with DevSecOps processes, tools, architectures, and cloud environments.
• Fluent in German and good command of English; willingness to travel for client projects.
