APPLICATION SUPPORT ANALYST

10+ MONTH CONTRACT

3 DAYS A WEEK ONSITE IN FRANKFURT

GERMAN SPEAKING (MUST HAVE)

One of my top clients in Frankfurt is seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to join their long term project!

Responsibilities:

• BAU / Triage - 1st / 2nd line support to ensure integrity and availability of supported applications for internal and external customers
• Follow Procedures to resolve service desk tickets
• Provide Audit and compliance information as requested
• Provide Regulatory and Key reporting as required
• Manage other ad-hoc tasks as and when requested by Management
• Manage service desk requests to ensure SLA's are met
• Prepare system support documentation as required
• Manage Vendor relationships as necessary
• Manage upgrades / patching to ensure supported software is in place
• Manage Communication with Business Ops to resolve issues and provide feedback
• Take ownership of issues, ensuring resolution and future risk mitigation

Must have skills:

• 8 Years+ application support experience
• Experience in C# (C-sharp) and .NET
• Resource and time management
• Experience working in a medium-large sized company
• Windows / SQL
• Financial experience / Back Office Experience
• SQL Statement writing
• Management of change in a complex environment
