Overview

Become part of a team developing innovative cybersecurity solutions to protect our clients from digital threats. Your core responsibilities will include:

1. Developing risk-based security management systems for effective protection against cyber threats.
2. Creating OT security strategies and managing OT assets to secure industrial production facilities.
3. Building Cyber Security Academies & Communities and conducting awareness sessions for leaders.
4. Ensuring smooth IT transformation to cloud environments and migrating legacy systems securely.
5. Collaborating with developers to ensure product security, including legal compliance assessments.
6. Defining digital security strategies to give our clients a competitive edge.
7. Managing projects from planning to successful implementation across various industries.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in strategy, regulation, frameworks, and standards related to information security, preferably from management consulting.
• Knowledge of standards like ISO 27000, NIST CSF, Cyber Resilience Act, NIS-2, IEC 62443.
• Ability to communicate complex cybersecurity topics to executive levels.
• Typically a degree in Business Informatics or a technical field.

Additional Skills

• Certifications such as CISM, CISSP, or ISMS Lead Implementer.
• Experience in risk management and security technologies.
• Industry knowledge in automotive, manufacturing, healthcare, energy sectors.
• Participation in professional communities.
• Fluent German (C1 level) and experience in management consulting are mandatory.
