Since 2011, we have already trained over 15,000 people worldwide in the areas of data science, artificial intelligence and machine learning at our statworx AI Academy. From small training units & entry-level programs to long-term and global training concepts and data culture initiatives for our customers in the DAX environment, we offer a diverse and tailor-made portfolio. Our aim is to always have an eye on the latest trends (currently including Generative AI, Large Language Models and Data Culture) and to constantly develop our training methods. We are currently looking to expand our team and training offerings.

Your tasks

• You will be responsible for the conception, implementation and follow-up of training courses, workshops and e-learning formats on data science, machine learning and artificial intelligence for beginners, specialists and managers
• You will develop, design and continuously improve our training content on topics such as data literacy, data culture, generative AI, machine learning, agentic AI and LLMs
• You will advise companies and support them in the process of introducing and establishing a sustainable data and AI culture
• You will be involved in the implementation of tailored training measures and change management projects
• You will plan and moderate hackathons and events related to data and AI, and create spaces for exchange and new ideas
• You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams from data science, consulting and product development

Your profile

• You have a degree in a STEM subject, economics, social sciences or a comparable qualification
• You already have some professional experience in data science, machine learning, AI consulting or (technical) training
• You are enthusiastic about teaching complex content and developing innovative learning formats
• You have in-depth knowledge in at least one of the following areas: Data science, machine learning, artificial intelligence, e-learning, digital learning products, data literacy or data culture
• You have already gained experience with modern AI tools and trends (e.g. ChatGPT, LLMs, prompt engineering)
• You have very good written and spoken skills in both German and English
• Your strong communication and presentation skills as well as your confident appearance in front of groups round off your profile
