EagleBurgmann Germany GmbH & Co. KG seeks a Consultant Advanced Planning & Scheduling (APS) to optimize and own our global APS platform. You will collaborate with Production, Supply Chain and Industrial Engineering to deliver forward-looking APS capabilities.

You will drive SAP S/4HANA integration, manage releases, and mentor global users, contributing to the digital manufacturing roadmap in an international setting.

Qualifications

• Degree in (Business) Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Production Engineering, or a comparable field.
• Proven experience with APS solutions and manufacturing IT.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, detailed scheduling, capacity planning, and workforce planning.
• Experience with APS solutions such as SAP PP/DS, Siemens Opcenter APS, Valantic WaySuite, or comparable planning systems.
• Fluent German and English communication skills for international collaboration.

• Design, manage, and optimize the integration of the APS solution with SAP S/4HANA and related production, planning, and shopfloor systems.
• Lead system implementations, releases, upgrades, and international rollout projects with high-quality testing and deployment standards.
• Advise global and local key users, coordinate external implementation partners, and foster stakeholder collaboration.
• Monitor service quality, system performance, and support processes while driving innovations in Digital Manufacturing and Industry 4.0.

• Strong knowledge of production planning, detailed scheduling, capacity planning, workforce planning, and related supply chain processes.


• Experience with APS solutions such as SAP PP/DS, Siemens Opcenter APS, Valantic waySuite, or comparable planning systems.


• Solid understanding of ERP and manufacturing integrations, ideally within an SAP environment, as well as interface technologies, databases, and service management concepts.


• Experience in project, change, and release management combined with a structured and analytical approach to problem-solving.


• Fluent German and English communication skills, enabling you to successfully collaborate and consult stakeholders in an international environment.
