Freudenberg is seeking a Consultant Advanced Planning & Scheduling (APS) to own and enhance our APS solution across global operations. You will translate production, supply chain and industrial engineering requirements into robust APS capabilities and drive integration with SAP S/4HANA and related systems.

Lead international rollout projects with a focus on testing and deployment quality. Fluent German and English, strong knowledge of APS and ERP integrations, and experience in project/change

Qualificações

• Strong knowledge of production planning, detailed scheduling, capacity planning and workforce planning.
• Experience with APS solutions and ERP integrations, ideally SAP environments.
• Experience in project, change and release management with structured problem-solving.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage the Advanced Planning & Scheduling (APS) solution, ensuring reliable, efficient operations.
• Analyze requirements from Production, Supply Chain, and Industrial Engineering and translate into APS solutions.
• Enhance the APS platform and contribute to international system and product roadmap.
• Design, manage, and optimize integration with SAP S/4HANA and related shopfloor systems.
• Lead system implementations, releases, upgrades, and international rollout projects with high-quality testing.
• Advise global/local key users and coordinate external implementation partners.
• Monitor service quality, system performance and support processes; drive Digital Manufacturing, Industry 4.0, data-driven production planning.
