Qualifikationen

• University degree in electrical engineering or process engineering.

Your Areas Of Responsibility

• Independent handling of consulting assignments in the areas of software implementation and application enhancements (installations, initial briefings, workshops, etc.)
• Advising customers on the use and workflow of our products
• Good understanding of customer problems and efficient development of solutions with our products
• Technical telephone user support for new and existing customers
• Technical knowledge of the supported customer solutions in the company including its communication across department, company and country borders
• Implementation of customer-specific training in the projects
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction through competent and solution-oriented consulting

Your Profile

• A university degree or electrical engineering or process engineering training
• Practical experience preferably in one of the following industries:
  • Process industry (chemical, pharmaceutical, oil & gas, food and beverage)
  • Power generation or power distribution
  • Automotive, special and rail vehicles
  • Plant / mechanical engineering
• Experience with CAD/CAE products in an electrical or process engineering environment
• Experience in IT projects e.g. as a consultant and in project management desirable
• A systematic and analytical approach
• A secure, goal-oriented demeanor and on-schedule work in a team
• Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and MS applications
• VBA or .Net programming experience is advantageous
• Knowledge in the area of network and system administration is desirable
• Very good command of written and spoken English
