The Role

Kyndryl Consult is a rapidly growing business, crucial to the company's strategic goals. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, guiding complex consulting engagements and creating strategic change agendas within Kyndryl's largest accounts. Your focus will be on complex Business and IT customer solutions and transformations impacting the entire customer ecosystem.

As a Consult Partner, you will drive profitable growth, build strong client relationships, and lead your team to success. You will define and implement the vision for the Cyber Incident Recovery practice, develop recovery frameworks, and act as a thought leader in incident recovery. Your role requires a strong industry presence, expertise, and ability to cultivate relationships with CXO-level clients. Leadership in talent development and innovation is essential.

You will oversee client engagement, deliver high-quality work, and support post-deal implementation, focusing on financial impact, utilization, client impact, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive profitable growth through revenue targets and pipeline development.
  • Build and maintain relationships with client CXOs, assess recovery readiness, and define strategic roadmaps.
  • Oversee disaster recovery (DR) and IT service continuity management (ITSCM) practices, ensuring compliance with standards.
  • Lead forensic analysis and root cause assessments to inform recovery efforts.
  • Manage client interactions and consulting initiatives, ensuring high standards and client satisfaction.
  • Achieve individual and team utilization targets and oversee engagement delivery.
  • Foster a culture of continuous development, curiosity, and innovation.
  • Shape and drive strategic initiatives, develop thought leadership, and establish a strong industry presence.
Who You Are

You have the required experience and a growth mindset, prioritizing customer success and inclusivity.

Required Skills and Experience
  • Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field.
  • 10+ years in cyber incident response, disaster recovery, or ITSCM.
  • Proven client engagement at executive level, strong relationship skills.
  • Expertise in DR and ITSCM frameworks, aligning recovery with business goals.
  • Strong business acumen, leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Certifications like CBCI, CISSP, CISM, or DRII are desirable.
  • Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and lead complex projects.
  • Financial acumen and experience in revenue growth management.
  • Industry knowledge and personal brand in the industry.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English.
