The Role

Kyndryl Consult is the fastest growing business within the organization, playing a key leadership role across multi-disciplinary teams. You will guide complex consulting engagements, create strategic change agendas within Kyndryl's largest accounts, and interact with C-suite executives, focusing on Business and IT transformations that impact the entire customer ecosystem.

As a Consult Partner, you will drive profitable growth, leverage capabilities to build client relationships, and lead your team to success. You will define and implement the vision for the Cyber Incident Recovery consulting practice, develop recovery frameworks, and act as a thought leader in industry events and publications.

This role requires industry expertise, a strong presence, and the ability to cultivate relationships with CXO-level clients. You will foster talent development and innovation within the organization, lead client engagement, and deliver high-quality work in both pre- and post-deal environments, with a focus on financial impact, utilization, client impact, and leadership.

Contribute to Profitable Growth:
  • Drive financial outcomes through signings and revenue targets
  • Ensure sustained growth and manage margins and backlog
  • Support business development opportunities and negotiate scopes and fees
Client Engagement:
  • Build and maintain relationships with client CXOs, acting as a trusted advisor
  • Assess recovery readiness, define strategic roadmaps, and align recovery strategies with business goals
  • Oversee implementation of DR and ITSCM practices, ensuring compliance with standards (e.g., ISO 22301, NIST SP 800-34)
  • Lead forensic analysis and root cause assessments to inform recovery and resilience

Lead C-level interactions, ensure client satisfaction, and develop references.

Operational Excellence:
  • Achieve utilization targets
  • Oversee engagement design and delivery, ensuring high performance and satisfaction
Leadership and Management:

Foster a culture of continuous development, curiosity, and innovation. Ensure outcomes are commercially focused, value-adding, and well-executed.

Strategic Contribution:

Shape and drive strategic initiatives, align with Kyndryl’s vision, and establish a strong industry presence through thought leadership and innovation.

You possess the required experience, have a growth mindset, are customer-focused, and inclusive in your approach.

Required Skills and Experience
  • Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field
  • 10+ years in cyber incident response, recovery, or ITSCM
  • Proven client engagement with senior executives
  • Expertise in DR and ITSCM frameworks
  • Strong business acumen and technical translation skills
  • Leadership, communication, and presentation skills
  • Certifications like CBCI, CISSP, CISM, or DRII are desirable
  • Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Experience leading complex projects in consulting or corporate environments
  • Financial acumen in revenue growth and margins
  • Deep industry and technology knowledge
  • Strong personal brand and industry presence
  • Ability to innovate and drive change
  • Fluent in German and English
