Construction Technician

Job Description

• We are seeking a skilled Construction Technician to install and maintain plumbing and electrical systems, as well as handle framing and painting tasks. This role involves performing routine maintenance and repairs across multiple trades to ensure optimal facility operations.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain electrical systems including lighting, outlets, and switches.
• Perform plumbing work involving fixtures and piping.
• Conduct painting and surface preparation.
• Patch and install drywall as needed.
• Perform carpentry tasks such as door, frame, and cabinetry work.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Diego, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job‑related factors.
