About the Project

We are supporting one of Europe’s most innovative Green Steel transformation projects, part of a major industrial decarbonization initiative integrating hydrogen technology, electric arc furnaces, and sustainable infrastructure.

As a Site Supervisor, you will play a key role in managing on-site execution, ensuring the highest standards in safety, quality, and productivity across all stages of construction and installation.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate site construction activities and subcontractors
• Ensure full compliance with HSE regulations and safety procedures
• Track progress against project plans and technical specifications
• Conduct daily briefings, toolbox talks, and site inspections
• Resolve on-site issues in coordination with engineering and project teams
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and site documentation
• Manage material handling, work permits, and logistics coordination

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Site Supervisor on industrial or infrastructure projects
• Expertise in mechanical, structural, piping, or steel construction
• Business fluent minimum German speaker – this is a German-speaking site
• Familiar with German construction standards and HSE requirements
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation
• EU work permit or eligibility to work in Germany

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in green steel, hydrogen, energy, or heavy industry projects
• Experience working on EPC sites or with Tier 1 contractors
• Familiarity with site planning and reporting tools
