Construction Specialist - Electrical - Germany - 18 month contract

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global pharmaceutical client based in the surroundings of Germany. Due to a large capital investment and multiple projects on site, the client is looking for a Construction Specialist to join their team.

Responsibilities include:

1. Provide technical expertise and support for all electrical construction activities for facility build programme.
2. Work closely with site-based construction teams, electrical subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth electrical installations.
3. Assist in the review and approval of subcontractor electrical work packages and method statements.
4. Monitor the progress of electrical works against the project schedule and identify potential delays or challenges.
5. Proactively communicate potential risks and propose mitigation strategies to the Lead.
6. Coordinate with other disciplines (e.g., mechanical, automation) to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.
7. Contribute to the development and review of electrical designs and specifications.
8. Apply knowledge of electrical systems relevant to cold storage facilities, high-speed automation, and robotics integration.
9. Oversee the installation and commissioning of power distribution systems, lighting, control systems, data networks, and other electrical infrastructure.
10. Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems relevant to facility build projects, including power distribution, lighting, control systems, and data networks.
