Overview

We are currently looking for a Mechanical Site Supervisor to join a European Company that are a provider of innovative and tailor-made emergency power generators to mission critical sites such as Data Centers, Hospitals and Airports.

As a Site Supervisor for this company you will coordinate and monitor the progress of multiple projects in the Frankfurt region and serve as the key link between clients, subcontractors, general contractors, and internal teams.

Role & Responsibilities

• Coordination and management of subcontractors and employees on site.
• Ensuring safety, working according to VCA / SCC and LMRA methodology.
• You are the first point of contact for the customer and external parties.
• Monitoring planning and project progress on site, identifying problems and reporting to the project manager.
• Carrying out quality controls throughout the entire construction process until handover.
• Preparation and review of work plans in collaboration with subcontractors and project managers.
• Oversee efficient logistical planning of materials and equipment.
• Completion of administrative tasks such as timesheets, work orders and reports.

Experience & Qualifications

• You must already be based in Germany
• Be able to speak German at a professional level.
• A completed technical education at the technical college level in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering (preferably both).
• Experience as a foreman or similar role at large industrial sites such as data centers.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and experience working according to VCA / SCC guidelines.
• Flexibility and willingness to work internationally.
