Headquartered in Carlsbad, CA, we are a full-service Design-Build company managing projects nationwide with a focus on fast-track commercial construction for public and private clients, primarily in the Department of Defense market.

We are seeking a Construction Quality Control Manager for our Field Operations team. The project is located at Naval Base King's Bay, GA, an active military base.

Responsibilities include:

• Planning, coordinating, and implementing project-specific quality control programs.
• Ensuring performance aligns with contract requirements.
• Completing administrative documentation timely.
• Cultivating customer satisfaction in line with RQ's Mission, Vision, and Values.

This position requires on-site work. Local candidates will be prioritized, but relocation or travel is expected.

Compensation: $110K - $145K annually, based on experience.

Ideal candidates will have:

• A BA/BS in Industrial/Construction/Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field; equivalent experience may suffice.
• At least ten years of experience in the commercial construction industry, including two years as a QC Manager.
• Current USACE CQM for Contractors Certificate; RMS/QCS training preferred.
• Desired: Specialty inspection licenses/certifications, LEED AP/GA, EM 385-1-1, CRP, First Aid, OSHA 30-hour certifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet, and specific software (Procore, Autodesk Build, RMS/QCS).
