SilverBack is seeking an experienced Construction Planner / Project Controls Specialist to support a major industrial project in Frankfurt, Germany. The role focuses on detailed scheduling (Level 3/4) using Primavera P6, EVM, and progress measurement on EPC/EPCM scopes.

The candidate will monitor baselines, validate contractor inputs, and produce KPI dashboards and look-ahead schedules. Site-based, full-time with an 18-month contract potential in Frankfurt.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of construction planning experience on large EPC/EPCM projects.
• Strong background in energy, chemical, pharmaceutical, or industrial process plant projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6.
• Proven experience developing Level 3 and Level 4 resource-loaded construction schedules.
• Strong understanding of Earned Value Management, progress measurement, and schedule analysis.
• Experience working with construction contractors and multidisciplinary project teams.

What We’re Looking For
